Day 01 : Arrival at Amritsar
On arrival at Amritsar, you will be transferred to the hotel.
Day 02 : Golden Temple visit
Today early morning you can visit golden temple. After the visit, car transfer to Pragpur. Upon arrival you can check in to the guest house. Rest of time you can cycle through the villages of Pragpur. Distance from Amritsar to Pragpur is 170 Kms and will take around 04 -05 Hrs to reach Pragpur
Day 03 : Cycling to Kangra
Today after breakfast you will start cycling towards Kangra, passing through traditional villages and scenic valleys. En route you can visit Kangra fort, built by the royal Rajput family of Kangra (the Katoch dynasty), which traces its origins to the ancient Trigarta Kingdom, mentioned in the Mahabharata epic. It is the largest fort in the Himalayas and probably the oldest dated fort in India. Upon arriving Kangra, you can spend rest of time exploring Kangra on your bicycles. Distance from Pragpur to Kangra is 45 Kms and will take around 03-04 hrs to reach Kangra.
Day 04 : Cycling to Mcleod Ganj
Today you will start a long and steady uphill cycle ride towards Mcleod Ganj, the village famous for the presence of the Tenzin Gyatso, 14th Dalai Lama. You can visit Tibetan school and can explore picturesque places of Mcleod Ganj on your bicycles. Distance from Kangra to Mcleod Ganj is 35 Kms and will take around 03-04 hrs to reach Mcleod Ganj.
Day 05 : Cycling to Joginder Nagar
After having the breakfast, you will start cycling towards Joginder Nagar, Andretta. The path towards Joginder Nagar is a treat to eyes because of the Dhaula Dhar range. Distance from Mcleod Ganj to Joginder Nagar is 90 Kms and will take around 07-08 hrs to reach the destination.
Day 06 : Cycling to Mandi
Today you will be cycling towards the historic temple town of Mandi. Upon arrival you can explore the town and old temples around Mandi. Distance from Joginder Nagar to Mandi is 50 Kms and will take around 03-04 hrs to reach Mandi.
Day 07 : Cycling to Larji
Today after breakfast you will start cycling along the Beas river, your destination is Larji. Distance from Mandi to Larji is 45 Kms and will take around 03-04 hrs to reach Larji.
Day 08 : Cycling to Shoja
Today`s cycling will be through traditional remote villages. Distance from Larji to your destination Shoja is 27 Kms and will take around 02-03 hrs to reach Shoja.
Day 09 : Cycling to Sainj
After the breakfast you will start cycling, passing through Jalori pass enjoying the awesome views of Pir Panjal and Great Himalayas. Distance from Shoja to Sainj is 48 Kms and will take around 04-05 Hrs to reach Sainj.
Day 10 : Cycling to Narkanda
Today you will be cycling towards Narkanda,on the way enjoying the stunning views of mountain peaks . Distance from Sainj to Narkanda is 33 Kms and will take around 03-04 Hrs to reach Narkanda.
Day 11 : Cycling to Shimla
After breakfast you will start cycling towards Shimla, a famous hill station in Himachal Pradesh. On the way you can enjoy spectacular views of the mountain ranges. Afternoon you can go for site seeing in Shimla. Distance from Narkanda to Shimla is 68 Kms and will take around 04-05 Hrs to reach Shimla.
Day 12 : Departure
After breakfast, transfer to Chandigarh railway station. Distance from Shimla to Chandigarh is 130 Kms and will take around 04 Hrs to reach Chandigarh.
Visa
Visitors to India must obtain a Visa before departure. For details and an application form please contact the local Indian Embassy or High Commission.
Safety
You would be accompanied by a guide throughout the trip. The guides are experienced, trained in First Aid and fully qualified for the purpose of the tour. They would handle all concerns with regards to your safety and well being.

Climate
The weather in North India is tropical and warm except in December and January when it would be cold. Hence woolens are recommended as you will be travelling through the Himalayan areas. Monsoons months are June to October.
