Nelong Valley Tour Uttarkashi – A Thrilling Experience Of Pristine Natural Beauty
Considered to be the best kept secret of Uttarkashi, Nelong valley is a picturesque treat for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts alike. Located near the Indo-China border, the valley at one time was a well traversed Indo-Tibet trade route and offers a 360 degree view of the Tibetan plateau. The valley, which was closed to visitors after the Indo-China war of 1962, was reopened only in 2015. Since then it has been gaining increasing popularity as one of the most beautiful destinations in the state of Uttarakhand.
Many people feel that the restricted movement in the valley has proven beneficial for it as it has helped the natural wildlife to flourish. Even though the valley does not provide much infrastructure support in terms of a great tourism destination, every moment of 6 days and 5 nights long Nelong Valley Tour Uttarkashi proves to be exciting and enthralling in its own way. The tempting cold desert offers a mesmerizing view of the surreal and unmatched landscape that is completely segregated from its surroundings. The minimal human interference has helped in maintaining the mystery and appeal that raw nature holds and this is one of the biggest contributing for the influx of visitors in such large numbers.
A tour of this amazing valley is something that every nature lover and adventure seeker should put on their bucket list.
