 At the retiring age, a Nelson woman takes an adventure trip to the world’s most challenging roads on her motorbike.  Lorraine Lindsay, a 62 year old woman has her sights set on a journey through a previously forbidden mountain kingdom.

Along with visiting India eight times, Nepal and Bhutan twice, and countless places of Europe, Lorraine has managed to conquer some of the highest mountain passes in the world including Taglang La and Khardungi La in Himalayas.

It was in her teenage, when Lindsay found her love for biking. Being open about her experience, she admitted that the first time through Rainbow Valley, she fell down into the river.
