Trek To Ajoba Hills

Ajoba is one of the Highest Peaks in Sahyadri Ranges. Total height of this hill is 4511ft. On the half of this hill Valmiki Ashram is situated. A small water stream provides us with pure water. On the top of this Hill we can see Luv – Kush Cave & Cradle of Sitamai “Sitamai Palna”. We are planning one different rout for this trek via sacred grove (Devrai).

ITINERARY

Catch early morning train from CSTM by 05:22 am and reach Karjat by 07:40 am. Have breakfast and proceed to Ambavali Village. Freshen-up. Have introduction and briefing session. Start trekking to the Kothaligadh. reach at the top and enjoy the scenic view from the Pinnacle. Visit the Cave, Bhairoba Temple and start descending back to Pethwadi. Have Lunch and descend to Ambavali Village. Further, back to Karjat by local transport. Reach Mumbai by 08:00 pm.
