Valley Of flowers: A UNESCO Biosphere Site, is an High Altitude Fairy land , known for its Meadows, endemic Alpine Flora , Scenic beauty of the snow capped peaks in the back ground .
Hemkund Sahib : One of the most Sacred Pilgrim Sites for Sikhs as well as a high altitude destination for trekkers.
Vasudhara Falls : is situated near Badrinath.Total distance from Badrinath to Vasudhara is 9 KM. Need to hike 6 km from Mana . The height of this falls is 400 ft. In this trek you feel like rolling over stone pebbled path and valleys views are scenic.
Day 01: Haridwar to Joshimath (320km) by transport.
Everybody have to Haridwar their own. Haridwar: Haridwar is the gateway to the four pilgrimages of Uttaranchal. It's also starting point on the journey to the sacred sources of the Ganga and the Yamuna Rivers. Half day in Haridwar and will depart to Joshimath by evening. Over night stay in Joshimath
Day 02: Joshimath - Govindghat (22 kms/1 hrs) - Ghangaria (14 kms/4-5 hrs)
After an early breakfast travel to Govindghat . Which is the starting point of the trek. From Govindghat there is a 14 km gradual ascent along a well maintained pilgrim trail to Ghangaria. Border Road Organisation(BRO) has constructed new bridge in Govindghat over Alaknanda river, in Bhyuandar village over Pushpawati river even in Gangharia.In fact so many trips has been done from June itself. Also Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board ensures a full safety measures has been taken and nothing to worry regarding weather condition this year. Upon arrival at Ghangria check into our semi luxurious base camp.Explore the surroundings in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the base camp.
Day 03: Ghangaria - Valley Of Flowers(3858M) - Ghangria (5 kms one side/4-5 hrs)
After breakfast trek to Valley of Flowers(3858M0 from Ghangaria, Valley got a stretch of 10 Km which is divided by Pushpawati(stream) & waterfall merges, is really an High Altitude Fairy Land. The Valley is an enchanting sight with an impressive array of rare windflowers like Mariegold, Prinula,Potentilla, Geum, Aster, Lilium, Ranunculus, Corydalis, Inula, Brahamkamal, Campanula, Anaphalis, Saxifragas, Sibbadia, Thermopsis, Trollius, Dactylorhiza, Epilobium and numerous numbers,Most of the flowers have medicinal values too. After enjoying the beauty of valley trek back to Ghangaria. Dinner & overnight stay at the basecamp.
Day 04: Ghangaria –Hemkund Sahib(4632)(6km oneside/6-7 hrs)
After breakfast trek to Hemkund Sahib (4632 m) from Ghangaria. This is quite a steep climb. In the Sikh holy book, The Granth Sahib, the Sikh Guru Gobind Singh recounts that in a previous life, he meditated on the shores of a lake surrounded by seven snow capped mountains now recognized by Hemkund. Late afternoon trek back to Ghangaria. Dinner & overnight stay at the basecamp.
Day 05: Ghangaria – Govindghat(14km/4-5 hrs)- Badrinath(25 km/1hr)
After breakfast trek down to reach Govind Ghat and from here travel to Badrinath. Upon arrival at Badrinath check into the hotel. Rest of the day is free to explore Badrinath. One can also visit Temple in the evening. Dinner and over night stay at the hotel.
Day 06: Badrinath–Mana(3km/20min)-Vasudhara Falls(6KM one side/5-6 hrs)
After breakfast travel to Mana.Then start trek to Vasudhara falls.Trek feels like rolling over the stone pebbled path, But the valley views are very scenic. Total distance from Mana to Vasudhara is 6 KM. The first 2–3 kilometres are easier to walk but after that the path become quite steep. Evening back to Badrinath. Dinner and over night stay at the hotel.
Day 07: Badrinath to Rishikesh (300kms)
After breakfast departure to Rishikesh.Night arrival at Rishikesh, checkin and night stay at Hotel.
Day 08: Adventure in Rishikesh
Not to forget Rishikash is famous for Adventure, White River Rafting & adventure at ‘Jump Height is a must try, with India’s highest bungee jump of 83 meters, 1 km Zipline & many. Evening travel to Haridwar(20 km) Night bus back .to Delhi
Things to Bring:-
• 50 - 65 ltr backpack with sturdy strap and supporting frames. Light weight recommended.
• Trekking Shoes – sport shoes are not allowed. Quechua, Wildcraft, Woodland are the best brands available in India even you can check with CAT & Timberland
• Warm & thermal cloths
• Sun cap and/or head-scarf.
• Trekking pole is mandatory.
• Rain Coats
• Sunglasses
• Woolen monkey cap/balaclava
• Personal Toilet kit
• 2 Water bottles (1 L each). Do not get any packaged water bottle like Bisleri, Aquafina and others.
• Carry a plate, spoon and coffee mug.
• Torch with 2 extra set of cells. Buy LED torches. They last longer, are more durable and give good light.

• Medical Kit can be shared by 2-3 memebers, should contain following:-

Avomine - 4 tablets
Avil 25mg - 4 tablets
Diamox - 8 tablets
Brufen 400 - 5 tablets

Norflox - 10 tablets
Crepe bandage - 3 to 5 meters
Band aid - 10 strips
Digene - 10 tablets
Gauze cloth - 1 small role
Leukoplast - 1 small roll
Cotton - 1 small roll

• Some trekkers feel loss of energy more than others. While there is adequate food provided on the trek, carry lots of dry fruit combinations as snacks.
• While packing, use plastic bags to compartmentalize things and carry few extra plastic bags.
