Goa Tourism Development Corporation’s (GTDC) spokesperson confirmed in a press note release saying, “From Thursday, June 29, the GTDC is recommencing its monsoon adventure activity - white water rafting on the waters of the natural, yet perfectly designed Mhadei River for the season.”

Monsoon being the perfect time to enjoy rafting, he said adding, “As many as seven rafts will be put into operation. The exciting trips run for 10 km each, stirring and elating you, along the breath-taking landscapes! The big and bouncy River Mhadei ensures a replica borse fun-filled trip for you, your family and friends."

GTDC states that the white river rafting will be carried according to the international norms. Talking about the safety measures, he said, “The instructors are highly trained and operations are run with 'safety first' policy.”
