Gandhari is a small forest patch situated at outskirts of Kalyan. It offers large variety of flora and fauna because of it’s different habitat. It comprises of grassland, dense forest, water body which gives the location a great potential for birding. Gandhari is currently facing loss of habitat because of some construction work, it’s one of the best place to study how nature and humans are trying to co-exist.
This nature trail is open for all the serious nature lovers & photographers and 365hops ‘s leader will be there to guide you for the same. We shall focus on all sort of Flora & Fauna that nature will gift us.
Things To follow on nature trails:
Outing Schedule :
All the travellers will be meeting at Kalyan station at 6.30am, from there we will move towards Gandhari forest. Trail will start around 7.30 am with the sunrise. We will try to spot maximum number of species. There will be a short session of “How to Identify Birds”. It will help everyone to start with the beautiful trail. Trail ends around 11.30am and we will move towards Kalyan station by auto. Later everyone disperse for their respective location.
NOTE: One should follow the rules and regulations given by the Expert and should not leave the group till the nature trail ends.
