Star gazing is an activity carried out in the presence of experts observing stars, planets and other objects in universe with the help of Telescope. 365hops in association with Beyond Earth is organizing this event “STARGAZING and STAR TRAIL PHOTOGRAPHY ”. Here you will be spending your whole night with stars on the Velas Beach.


Velas is a small village in Ratnagiri district with a scenic beach, amazing natural beauty and absolutely dark sky. It makes a perfect weekend getaway coupled with stargazing and astronomy, hence we have finalized this location. So are you ready for this unique experience.




Day 1 : 

Early morning proceed towards Velas village (The village of Turtle).

En-route Breakfast. Reach Velas. Freshen-up and Introduction session.

Have Lunch and Explore the local culture and the village.

Evening visit to the tranquil Velas Beach. After Sunset start with first session of Stargazing. Get your basics cleared and know various constellations, stars and planets. Post dinner, second session of Stargazing with various Nebulae, Deep sky objects and Milky way along with Star-trail photography and the Meteor Shower. You have option of exploring more and more stars till late night / early morning. Lights off for the Day !


Day 2 : 
8:00 am. Morning breakfast. After breakfast proceed towards Harihareshwar temple/beach. Post lunch proceed back to Mumbai.
