About the Competition
Paragliding as an international tournament will be held in Syangja district starting from 1st November. The venue has been decided as the Swarek Ground which is situated in the Bhirkot Municipality. You would be seeing around 300 participants joing this competition who would come from countries such as Nepal, India, America, Switzerland, UK, Spain, China and Bangladesh to name a few. All such countries already host such paragliding sports in their regions. If you have heard about the sport you would know that Bir Billing Paragliding is very famous in India.
Organizers of the Tournament
The tournament will be held for six days and it is being organized by Babu Adventure Club and the Chairperson for it is Krishnajung KC. The reason that Swarek Ground has been chosen as the venue is because it is one of the best places for Paragliding as a sport. Also, there is a paragliding school on the ground which can be very helpful for the participants and athletes.
